Today, the "Elektronische Lohnmeldeverfahren" (ELM) – Electronic Payroll Reporting Procedure – offers companies a process allowing to save money with only one mouse click! Payroll reports can be directly sent from certified payroll accounting systems to a central hub (ELM). ELM then automatically processes the data and reports to various connected centres (AHV, SUVA and other social security institutions). It goes without saying that data privacy and security command the highest importance throughout the process. The time consuming and error-prone task of compiling lists for the various institutions becomes a thing of the past.
nag elm offers you a modern, platform independent and field tested solution at favourable conditions.
nag elm is made up of components which seamlessly work together to form a rounded out system.
Webservice
The data transfer between you and Swissdec, the distributor of the payroll data is accomplished via a webservice interface.
Completion Web Application
This application provides the distributor of the payroll data the option of testing the delivered data for completeness and amending it where necessary. If the payroll data is amended, an approval is mandatory prior to further processing.
Administration application
The operation and maintenance of Webservice and the Completion applications generate administrative tasks which can be addressed via a small web application.
All components were developed for the Java platform (Version 1.5 or higher) and are platform independent. As the access to the internal application database is realized with an ORM tool, all conventional database systems can be adopted. There are no tool or library fees or subscriptions, so you do not face any additional operational costs
The customization (e.g. Branding) of the system to fit your organization’s requirements is realized by our specialists and is included in the package price. It goes without saying that a complete and detailed technical documentation package and operation manual are also delivered.
